Return and Refund Policy


Our Promise

By JLen, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

*Unworn, unused, and in original condition

*In original packaging with tags still attached

Non-returnable items include:

* Jewelry (due to hygiene and dropshipping fulfillment)

* Sale or clearance items

* Customized or personalized products

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery - we'll replace it or issue a store credit as needed.

Return Process

  1. Email contact@byjlen.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions.
  3. Ship your item back using a trackable service. (Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 - 10 business days.

Exchanges 

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email contact@byjlen.com with a photo and order number within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
